Priscilla J. Jones has been an immigration attorney for over twenty years and takes great pleasure in helping her clients develop strategies to achieve their global talent mobility objectives.  She has always maintained, “It is gratifying to be able to critically analyze a client’s business and immigration needs and goals, develop a roadmap for achieving those goals and have it all come to fruition.”

At FGI, Priscilla works mainly with IT companies; however, she also works on naturalization cases and with clients who are seeking permanent resident status. She has extensive experience in advising and representing researchers, professors, and scholars, as well as family-based and business-based immigration cases. Priscilla has handled H-1B, L-1, TN, E and other business visas as well as Adjustment of Status (AOS) and citizenship matters. She has achieved permanent resident status for clients under the Extraordinary Ability, National Interest Waiver, Outstanding Researcher/Professor, and Multinational Manager/Executive categories.

Priscilla earned her J.D. degree from the Michigan State University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Michigan. She has been admitted to the State Bar of Michigan, the U.S. District Courts for Eastern District of Michigan and the Western District of Michigan and the U.S. Court of Appeals, 6th Circuit. She is a member of the national American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) as well as its Colorado chapter and was a former Michigan AILA Chapter INS Liaison Committee member. She has been an invited speaker at various immigration conferences and has published an article, “In the Interest of Justice: INS Vehicle Seizures” in the Immigration and Nationality Law Handbook (1995-1996). When not  working on client matters, she enjoys, skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, swimming and paddle boarding. She believes in continual learning through cultural seminars, classes and artistic endeavors;  including being a member of the Steamboat Springs Arts Council in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
