For over a decade, Mariana Kulikowska has worked as an immigration attorney, facilitating the talent mobility goals of her many clients. Having come to the U.S. from Ukraine, she brings to her practice both a compassionate understanding of the challenges faced by those going through the petitioning process and extensive knowledge of U.S. immigration law. “Immigrants contribute so much to the success and prosperity of America,” she says, “and I see my contribution as helping them to secure their lives and livelihoods here so they can make a difference.”
As a Supervising Attorney for FGI, Mariana focuses on naturalization, family- and employment-based immigration issues, especially within the IT and automotive domains. She has extensive experience with B, E-3, H, K, L, O, and TN visas, as well as with Labor Certifications and Adjustment of Status (AOS). “Keeping abreast of changes and innovations in the law is a key to our success,” she says. “Clients depend on us to be up-to-date and to steer them through the petitioning process as effectively as possible, and I am very proud of my role in helping FGI to achieve high approval rates.”
Prior to practicing Immigration law in the United States, Mariana worked at the Canadian Consulate General in Detroit. She also held an internship with the Honorable Louis F. Simmons, Jr., Wayne County Circuit Court, in Detroit. Mariana is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, and Polish and in is an avid skier in her free time.
