Anna’s passion for immigration law not only stems from her professional experience but also from her personal background which includes corporate, civil, and international law. “Being an immigrant myself,” she says, “going into the immigration field felt almost natural.” She appreciates the role that immigrants play in fostering innovation and building America’s economy. “In many sectors, employment-based immigrants and foreign workers are a key driver for the U.S. economy,” she says, “and a high-functioning immigration system is important to America’s economic future.”
Anna has extensive experience with immigrant case processing and consular processing matters. At FGI, Anna specializes in PERM Labor Certifications, immigrant categories as EB-1A (Extraordinary Ability Alien), EB-1C (Manager or Executive), EB-2 (Advanced Degree), and EB-3 (Professional or Skilled Workers), for FGI clients in the IT, automotive, engineering, and architecture fields. She is also an expert with many non-immigrant visa categories, including B, E, F, H, L (and L blanket), O, and TN categories. She takes pride in helping her corporate clients to meet their talent mobility objectives and in assisting skilled workers to achieve their carrier goals: as she says, “we need the innovation, the ideas, and the hard work of immigrants as much today as at any time in our history. By bringing the best and brightest skilled talents from all around the world that American and its employers need, we all work together to build our economic future.”
Anna graduated with dual Bachelor’s and dual Master’s degrees in law and political science from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Poland, and with her J.D., cum laude, from Western Michigan University (WMU), Thomas M.
