Nisha Dalal brings a unique background to her practice as an Attorney for FGI. Not only is she the child of immigrant parents but as a major in brain and cognitive behavior in college, she has developed a facility for studying personality traits and characteristics. This allows her to “implement a holistic view on each, and the people it impacts.” Nisha’s commitment to her vocation has been informed by her intellectual training and her desire to help others like her parents to achieve their dreams of a better life.
She specializes in H-1Bs and employment-based green card processes for FGI’s engineering and IT clients, and she has developed a reputation for expertly steering clients through the petitioning process with empathy and attention to detail. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, in Brain, Behavior, and Cognitive Sciences from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and her J.D. from the Wayne State University Law School. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
Nisha is a connoisseur of food and fascinated by its cultural origins. She also enjoys cooking, travelling (India, Mexico, Canada, UK, UAE, and Costa Rica), reading historical biographies, and spending time with her family and friends.
